DTM68305-S is a load reduced 16Gx72memory module, which conforms toJEDEC's DDR4-2400, PC4-2400 standard.The assembly is Eight-Rank containing -thirty-six Samsung 8Gbx4 DDR4-2400 4HTSV SDRAMs. One 4K-bit EEPROM isused for Serial Presence Detect and aRegistering Clock Driver, with Address andCommand Parity, is also used as well asdata buffers to reduce the overall loadingon the data bus.Both output driver strength and inputtermination impedance are programmableto maintain signal integrity on the I/Osignals in a Fly-by topology. A thermalsensor accurately monitors the DIMMmodule and can prevent exceeding themaximum operating temperature of 95C.
