AddOn's QSFP+ (quad SFP) connectors provide a solution for merging a 40GBase QSFP+ to four breakout 10GBase SFP+ Twinax cables to enabled servers, switches and host adapters. AddOn's QSFP-4SFP10G-CU3M-AO provides four channels of data in one pluggable interface. Each seperate channel is capable of transferring data at 10 Gigabits per second and supports a total of 40 Gigabits per second as specified for QSFP+. The QSFP and QSFP+ direct attach copper twinax cable modules are a cost effective and high speed alternative to fiber optics in short reach 40Gb Ethernet and InfiniBand applications. AddOn's transceivers (GBIC, SFP, XFP and XENPAK) are 100% compliant for all of our networking product lines. AddOn transceivers are factory loaded with OEM specific configuration data required for networking compliance. These transceivers initialize and perform identically to the OEM transceivers and can be mixed and deployed with other OEM or 3rd party transceivers, for seamless network performance.
